vastgemaakt aan de tafel. Er werd manuele isotonische weerstand
gegeven door de onderzoeker thv de metatarsale gedurende 3-5
seconden. 60 sec rust tussen de setsx
 Twee 2 diagonale patronen
 D1: dorsiflexie-inversie en plantair flexie-eversie
 D2: dorsiflexie-eversie en plantair flexie-inversie
 C: controlegroep
o Deden enkel mee in de voor- en natest
o Mochten geen nieuwe kracht of revalidatie oefeningen in de enkel doen
