Anamnese inflammatoire klachten:
- Pijn in rust en de nacht
- Pijn het ergst in de ochtend
- Verbeterd met beweging
- Langdurige ochtendstijfheid
- Zwelling
Wat wordt er bedoeld met extra articulaire manifestaties:
Koorts en gewichtsverlies, siccaklachten, haartuitval, aftose (aften) en zonlichtovergevoeligheid,
huidafwijkingen: psoriasis, vasculitis, vlindervormig exantheem, fenomeen van Raynaud, klachten
passend bij IBD, oogontstekingen (voor oogarts), recidiverende enthesitis (achillespees).
Familieanamnese is heel belangrijk! (psoriasis, uveitis, inflammatoire darmziekten, coeliakie,
schildklierziekten).

- Pijn

- Zwelling (bij artritis verdikking van synovium)
- Warmte
- Functieverlies
Dactylitis = gezwollen tenen/ vingers.

1. Inspectie

3. Bewegingsonderzoek
a. Bij artritis zowel actief als passief bewegingsonderzoek pijnlijk en/of beperkt
4. Speciële testen
5. Neurovasculair onderzoek

Epidemiologie
Leeftijdscategorie: (het gaat hierbij om de start van de klachten!)
- Spondylitis ankylopoetica (ziekte van bechterew) vaak < 30 jaar
- PMR > arteriitis temporalis vaak > 50 jaar
- Takayasu arteritis vaak < 30 jaar
- Pseudojicht vaak > 65 jaar
Axiale manifestaties → inflammatoire klachten van de wervelkolom.
Axiale gewrichten → Wanneer er klachten zijn van de wervelkolom of bekken (uitgaande van het
sacro-iliacaal gewricht ofwel SI-gewricht), spreken we over axiaal gelegen klachten.
