Beeldvormingstechnieken:
echografie: - detectie van vocht RX: - brede indicatie stelling: respiratoire, cardiaal
- puncties onder echografie infectie, trauma, IC monitoring, postoperatief,
achteruit gaan algemene toestand
CT: - oppuntstelling gezien op RX MRI: - excellente contrastresolutie
- evaluatie van patiënt met duidelijk - pre-operatief - afwijkingen thoraxwand/pleura
klinisch beeld maar normale RX. /spinale kanaal/wervelkolom/hart/mediastinum
RX thorax:
- klassiek: -> staand + diepe inspiratie -> 2 opnames: posterior anterior (borst tegen detector) en
links-lateraal
- Mobiel: -> ‘thorax aan bed’ 1 projectie = antero-posterieur
Het verschil tussen posterieur anterieur en anterieur posterieur:
(= verschil tussen thorax aan statief vs thorax aan bed)
-> hartschaduw minder vergroot bij PA
-> minder straling schildklier en borst
-> scapula uit beeld -> maximale beoordeling longen
-> betere visualisatie van ribben en wervelkolom
welke patiënten krijgen opname aan bed?: isolatie, intensieve zorgen, spoed, infectie, te ziek
Systematische evaluatie:
1) preliminaire evaluatie: -) kijk of studie compleet is -) identiteit patiënt
-) datum -) oriëntatie beelden (soms R&L verwisseld)
-) kijken naar correcte positionering: trachea moet op gelijke hoogte liggen
