Heaah Facaoys:
Case Study 1:
Health factors is a ‘Health Rankings represent what infuences the health of a county’
(County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, 2017) for instance things such as coeliac disease
when talking in relaton to the case study frank who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,
type 2 diabetes is ‘In type 2 diabetes a person's pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin, or
their body doesn't react properly to insulin, called insulin resistance.’ (Anon, 2017) When
looking at diabetes as a whole it is seen that from 996 the number of people sufering from
diabetes have doubled with in the years where I would be rough estmate that over about 5
million people would be sufering from diabetes (Diabetesorguk, 2017).In relaton to the
case study frank would need to make responsible diet choices in terms of a healthy
balanced diet but this would depend on the goals you are looking to achieve furthermore a
person who has diabetes would need to limit them self on things such as hyperglycaemia
which is when the blood glucose levels are high (Diabetesorguk, 2017) a person with
diabetes’s would need to have a lot of nutritous and balanced diet while ensuring they
maintain regular meals. Few symptoms that may occur with diabetes is the need to go to
the toilet , fatgue , blurred vision and thirst (Healthline, 2017) over all those who are
sufering from diabetes wouldn’t need to cut down they would uust need to limit the
amount of things they eat.
Case Study 2:
When talking about case study 2 it says that teshan who is 21 takes ftness very seriously
this could be a good thing because it would have infuenced her live for instance teshan is
able to establish discipline, this discipline would be able to drive us to work harder within a
compettve environment and making sacrifces to reach her goal but also making her
understand progress as well as order and even become a great leader (Forbes.com, 2017).
Second reason why this is a good thing is because it would mean she would have beter self-
esteem and self-confdence , third reason why it is a good thing is because it is able to
actvate something we would call as ‘’ strong will’’ this is something that comes under
building a baseline of resilience and mental strength(Forbes.com, 2017). Last reason why it
is a good things is because it is able to key us in terms of setng goals and achieving the in a
tme frame (Forbes.com, 2017).
