Introduction
A local chamber of commerce has approached me to plan and implement the
use of social media within their business because they know very little about
it. The chamber of commerce has contacted my school/college because they
know students are studying social media in business. Now, one of the local
chambers of commerce's small businesses has requested me to plan and
implement the use of social media in their company.

I was requested to create a social media presence for a small business called
CAFE 1#. It is a small shop which provides individuals with refreshments and
coffee. Even though she doesn't really know how to utilize social media for
business—and neither do her employees—my client is interested in using
social media to market her small business.

Meeting with the client

At the initial step, a meeting with the client is required to talk future plans. A
few points must be clarified with the customer during the conference.
Creating a questionnaire is one of the simplest ways to gather information
from a customer. I believe that a questionnaire is the best method to gather
information from the client and the company.

hear if there is a specific item that customers would like the store to
have.
5. How many employees does Linda have? Linda does not currently have
many employees. Due to her staff's lack of social media knowledge,
customers have approached the company for assistance with
maintaining a social media presence.

company's advertising? - Christmas and campaigning throughout the
summer break.

profiles: Quickly necessary information. For instance, social media
allows for quick communications, so it would be wise to post
information about any changes to a store or café on the websites of
the respective businesses.
8. How many people own the business:Just Linda is the only owner of the
company, and each location is handled by a small staff that includes a
store manager. Additionally, Linda has two office employees that assist
with the account and also take care of the customers. Does Linda's
team have any experience using social media for commercial
purposes? They have used social media in the past, but just for
personal purposes.
9. Does your business plan to work with influencers on social media? -If
the business seems to be blooming it is quite possible to
advertisement with influencers

It's crucial to have a clear plan and a list of recommendations before
meeting with the customer to discuss integrating social media into their
business.

 Pick objectives that are in line with commercial ones.
 To learn more about the client's company and target market, research
the client's industry and rivals.
 Determine which social media channels are most appropriate for the
client's audience.
 Find out as much as you can about your audience.
 Create a social media plan that is in line with the aims and objectives
of the customer. This could entail advertising goods or services, raising
brand recognition, and interacting with customers.
 Create a thorough plan that outlines the precise strategies and actions
that will be used to carry out the social media strategy.
 Create a content calendar to organize and schedule posts on social
media. This might make sure the customer continuously posts
