Mijn naam is Femke Boonen, 18 jaar oud en ik volg de opleiding tot verpleegkundige binnen
Hogeschool Zuyd te Heerlen. Ik zit momenteel in het tweede jaar van deze opleiding.
De praktijkleerplaats voor module 5 & 6 is bij de Groene Kruis Thuiszorg in omgeving Horn &
Haelen in de gemeente Leudal.
Groene Kruis Thuiszorg is er voor mensen die het hard nodig hebben. Jong en oud. Mensen
die ondanks hun eigen inspanningen en hulp van mantelzorgers, de ondersteuning van
Groene Kruis Wijkverpleging goed kunnen gebruiken. Goede zorg en tevreden klanten, dat
is waar wij voor staan (de zorggroep – team Horn Haelen, z.d.)
Tijdens deze opdracht staat evidence-based practice centraal. Dit door middel van een
literatuuronderzoek. Het onderwerp heb ik gekozen samen met mijn stagebegeleidster.
Hierdoor is er een verband naar de praktijk.
Ik bedank mijn begeleidsters, collega’s maar ook mijn docent-begeleidster voor de
ondersteuning tijdens deze stageopdracht.
Deze opdracht is uitgevoerd in de periode van 12 september 2022 tot 11 november 2022.
Ik wens u alvast veel plezier met het lezen van mijn literatuuronderzoek.
