EN BLOEDSOMLOOP
INLEIDING
In dit hoofdstuk bestuderen we:
De vaten die bloed naar de perifere weefsels vervoeren
Hoe de uitwisseling tussen bloed en de intersttële vloeistof van het lichaai zal plaatsvinden
SOORTEN BLOEDVATEN
Bloed verlaat hart via arterie pulionalis en de aorta (diaieter van 2,5ci)
vertakken zich in
Belangrijkste arteriën (slagaders) die zuurstof rijk bloed naar lichaai en zuurstofari naar longen
vertakken zich in
Arteriolen die bloed vervoeren naar capillairen (haarvaten)
Capillairen hebben nauwelijks de diaieter van een rode bloedcel en vorien uitgebreide vertakte netwerken
Belangrijkste functe van cardiovasculair stelsel vinden plaats op dit niveau (capillairen):
Uitwisseling van stofen en gassen tussen bloed en de interstttle vloeistof
Weefselcellen zijn afankelijk van difusie voor:
Verkrijgen voedingstofen en zuurstof
Verwijderen van afvalproducten
Zuurstofari Bloed dat uit capillairennetwerk strooit
Venulen, kleinste bloedvaten veneus systeei
Kleine venen – iiddelgrote venen – grote venen (aders)
= grote, veerkrachtge bloedvaten iet een diaieter tot 2,5ci iogelijk (vb: aorta, a pulionalis)
Aanwezigheid van elastsche vezels en tunica iedia (iet ieer elastsche vezels dan gladde spiercellen)
drukverschillen tjdens hartcyclus opvangen
Tijdens ventriculaire systole stjgt bloeddruk snel daardoor extra bloed in grote bloedsoiloop wordt gepoipt
elastsch arteriën worden uitgerekt (diaieter neeit toe)
Tijdens ventriculaire diastole daalt bloeddruk en krijgen elastsche vezels hun oorspronkelijke afietng terug
