, INLEIDING
Onderstaand verslag betreft het tentamen ‘Kwaliteit en Veiligheid” van Module 5
‘Verpleegkundig Leiderschap’. Er wordt een verbeterplan gericht op kwaliteit ten
behoeve van team Leek centrum Buitengebied van TSN thuiszorg uitgevoerd.
Binnen dit deeltentamen staan de Canadian Medical Education Directions for
Specialist (CanMEDS) rollen ‘organisator’ en ‘professional en
kwaliteitsbevorderaar’ centraal. De leeruitkomst wordt beschreven als ‘De
student onderkent kansen en bedreigingen met betrekking tot de kwaliteit van
zorg op zijn/haar afdeling en ontwerpt een verbeterplan’ (Lambregts et al., 2020).
Het verslag wordt opgesteld aan de hand van de volgende stappen: oriëntatie,
analyse, verbetervoorstel en reflectie.
Toelichting op de stappen:
Oriëntatie
De student onderzoekt:
hoe kwaliteit van zorg in de organisatiestructuur wordt geborgd
welke visie op kwaliteit van zorg wordt gehanteerd in de organisatie
welke procedures worden gehanteerd met betrekking tot kwaliteit
welke cultuur er heerst op zijn afdeling
Analyse
De student inventariseert en analyseert een kwaliteitsprobleem.
Verbetervoorstel
De student ontwerpt een verbetervoorstel met behulp van de kwaliteitscirkel van
Deming. Ook wel de PDCA cyclus, uitgezonderd de A (actie), rekening houdend
met het organisatiebelang en de kosten.
Reflectie
Er wordt door de student gereflecteerd op de leertaak. Wat heb je geleerd en hoe
heb je geleerd? Wat neem je hiervan mee voor de toekomst?
