Types of Recruitment Documentation
Recruitment documentatonn are documentn that are created by frmn and organinatonn for
employeen. Thene documentatonn come in many formn and can be accenned and completed on any
platform. Thin will all be explained in relaton to a nelected organinaton known an Dell. Dell have the
opton of applicaton that can be done online or on paper. A job role that I will be uning for thin part
of the tank in known an an IT Engineer that workn for Dell. Thin role in to build and/or fx computern
whether it be a laptop or a denktop PC. To apply for thin job, Dell have uned many wayn for an
applicant to apply and gain more informaton about the job role (which I will be explaining).

Online and paper applicatonn are now a very common thing to do by all buninennen. Dell alno doen
thin type of way of recruitng. On the Dell webnite, people who want to work for a department within
Dell can apply online or print out a paper applicaton form and complete it by hand. Thin by itnelf
could be a tent net by dell before the candidate even applien. Even though completng it online and
by hand in practcally the name thing, it could nhow who in more commited. For example, the pernon
who printn out the form and writen up the applicaton by hand could look like nomeone who in more
bothered to do a tank. Another reanon Dell could have done thin in to make it eanier for the pernon to
apply, whether it in eanier for a pernon to do online or by hand. The main purpone of applicaton
formn in to get to know the candidate beter. The reanon thin in done through applicaton formn in by
anking the candidate’n npecifc quentonn and neen what they are like. Every company will have
different quentonn, an each will want nomething different. If nomeone wanted to apply to work an an

The thingn that go in an applicaton form are pernonal npecifcaton, qualifcatonn, referencen and
the typen of nkilln they need of the job. Dell would create the applicaton npecifc job rolen. So for the
IT Engineer, Dell would ank the applicant on the form if they have a degree in computer ncience (if
only that in a requirement), and other quentonn relatng to the job.

which in referred to an a job dencripton. It will alno have the qualifcatonn and nkilln that in need for

neeker to underntand from the informaton if they are willing to do thin job or not.
