TPR Advisory Hearing - ANSWER Informs parties of their rights; appoints counsel for the parties; and appoints a guardian ad litem for the child if not already appointed.
Occurs as soon as possible after all the parties are served with a copy of the petition and a notice of the date, time, and location of the advisory hearing.
