In samenwerking met de cliënt, mijn collega’s, werkbegeleider, praktijkopleider, medestudenten, docent
en mijn vriendin heb ik dit proces en product met veel interesse en plezier mogen doorlopen. Zonder deze
personen was het mij niet gelukt om deze leercurve in te mogen zetten en mij verder te ontwikkelen op
het gebied van Verpleegkunde. Na het doen van onderzoek en dit vervolgens de koppelen in de praktijk
heeft dit mij een betere zorgverlener gemaakt en zijn de kwetsbare cliënten waar dit verslag betrekking tot
hebben uiteindelijk beter af. Veel leesplezier.
