, Inleiding
Dit verslag is een onderdeel van de deeltijdopleiding Bachelor verpleegkunde. Het doel van het verslag is om
een preventieve groepsinterventie te organiseren om gezonde leefstijl te bevorderen. Het verslag richt zich
op de doelgroep “jongeren in zorg bij de kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie (KJP)” van GGZ. De aanleiding, om voor
het gezondheidsprobleem van een depressie en leefstijlprobleem van te weinig beweging te kiezen, is omdat
gebrek aan lichaamsbeweging een oorzaak zou kunnen zijn van het stijgend aantal depressies bij jongeren
(Gezondheid en Wetenschap, 2023).
De Canadian Medical Education Directions for Specialists (CanMEDS) rollen van gezondheidsbevorderaar,
samenwerkingspartner en communicator staan in het verslag centraal. De rol van gezondheidsbevorderaar
komt naar voren in signaleren, hoofdstuk 1, en in analyseren, hoofdstuk 2. De samenwerkingspartner en
communicator staan in het ontwerpen en organiseren van een preventieve groepsinterventie, hoofdstuk 3
centraal en in hoofdstuk 4 evalueren en borgen.
Het verslag wordt afgesloten met een reflectie volgens de cirkel van Korthagen (Korthagen & Nuijten, 2023).
