If you found a one-of-a-kind prototype of a revolutionary new mobile phone lying on apublic beach, what would you do with it? What would be the consequences of your chosen
action?
The first thing is to look around to see if there is someone who has dropped the phone. If there's
a person I would give them the phone otherwise I would report it to the police station and drop
the phone there. Not reporting the phone to the police station and taking someone's property is an
unethical and illegal activity. Furthermore, since it's a new prototype I should not disclose
information about the phone to others, especially to their competitors. Whoever developed this
product should get all the credits so I will refrain from taking the product and claiming it's mine
or disclosing information about the product.

makes land valuable? Does it ever have any value that is not recognized by the law?

from a sustainability perspective. Sustainable land management is wise use of limited resource
specifically land to meet human needs while maintaining long-term socio-economic and
environmental functions of the land.
Sustainable land management tries to develop policies and procedures that integrated technology
to enhance land productivity, minimize deterioration, and create socially acceptable and
economically viable land use alternatives (Nooten, 2007). Most of these activities should be done
on a local level with landowners, farmers, and local administration to achieve the desired result.
