doen OF bij mensen die veelvuldig bovenhandse bewegingen doen, waarbij kapsel beetje is
uitgerokken (instabiel)
Uitvoering:
1. Ankers
a. Proximaal anker: clavicula
b. Hand in de zij zeten, mooi rechtziten met schouder achteruit => distaal anker:
inserte deltoideus (semi-circulair)
2. Strook start op distaal anker. T gaat duwen naar P toe, P moet tegenduwen. Terwijl strook
aanspannen.
Opm.: Niet voorbij proximaal anker, anders trekt het in de nek
3. Herhaal. Half overlappend, stroken aan de ventrale zijde en stroken aan de dorsale zijde tov
de 1e strook. Ventraal leg je stroken aan tot ongeveer aan de okselplooi
4. Ankers herbevestgen
Opm.: Schouder staat na taping naar abducte en omhoog tov andere schouder.
