Oxfam is the charity that helps people in poverty. The internal stakeholders of Oxfam are:
employees, managers and owners. The rest of them are external stakeholders.
Board of Trustees – they want Oxfam to help as many people as possible. They want the charity
to raise enough money in order to help more people and pay for the projects. They also want to
do all projects legally.
Managers – they want Oxfam to help with its projects and have enough budget to carry out
work properly. They also want to make workers contribute proactvely to the work of the
department.
Employees – they want Oxfam to pay a reasonable wage rate. They also want to know if Oxfam
is actually helping people in poverty. They want to know if the job is safe and if there are any
opportunites to be promoted.
Volunteers – they want to contribute to helping people in poverty. They also want to know if
they are going to have a safe task that must be completed.
Suppliers – they want to have constant orders and be paid on tme. lso, they want a
