use of restricted materials, and to supervise the pest control activities of a
licensed Pest Control Business and who is responsible for safe and legal
operations under such license.
-Fee Exempt Pest Control Business License - -Persons who do not regularly
engage in the business of pest control, but operates only in the vicinity of
their own property and for the accommodation of their neighbors, may be
exempted from the Pest Control Business License fee. However, they are still
required to obtain the Pest Control Business License and meet all of the
minimum requirements listed below.
