click and copy or press Ctrl+C and then when you
paste click on the keep text only option.

You can publish a document electronically by using the share option
and you can publish the document as a PDF using Print to PDF or
export to PDF options. If you use print to PDF make sure to click the
option Microsoft Print to PFD. After that when you click on print you
will need to name and select a location to store the PDF file,
