the user experience aspects of website development.

The process of making websites adaptable to all devices & screen sizes in terms of
both form and function → the layout of a page changes based on the size &
capabilities of the device being used.

How a person feels when interfacing with a system. The system could be a website,
web application or desktop software.

someone who completes the final purchase of a product
