Cacdiovasculac system:
5 minutes prior to exercise I gathered the reading of 62 beats per minute in terms of
heart rate.
This shows a perfectly healthy heart rate and it is efectiely functonal prior to exercise.
At the end of exercise before I let the client rest and recoier their heart rate reached
164 bpm. This is perfectly normal for intense cardioiascular exercise of any sort.
This occurs due to the muscles around the body demanding greater amounts of oxygen
to replenish their efectieness so they would be able to functon properly a lot longer. If
the oxygen demands weren’t met by the muscles, they would reach a state of oxygen
