1. To make customers aware of the new 18-30’s holiday club in Croata in ubrovnik
2. To inform customers of the interestnn deals that the 18’-30s Club has to ofer
3. And fnally, to inform customers of the available finhts to ubrovnik resort, from when and
how

For my promotonal material I will create and use an eye-catchinn brinht and full of colours slonans
poster with the intenton of promotnn the 18-30’s holiday club to ubrovnik, the poster will be
brinht and eye catchinn to appeal and catch the atenton on new potental customers.

Tarnet market: My tarnet market for this poster will be younn adults aned between 17-31 years old,
some of which minht be collene students, university nraduates or part tme workinn younn adults so
it is very important for me to make them aware of the cheap deals that Thomas Cook 18-30s club
will/is oferinn.

Timiin: All type of holidays to ubrovnik will be launched from the beninninn of June 2019,
therefore I will release my promotonal material (Poster) in March 2019 as it will nive my potental
customers plenty of tme to net to know the deal and have tme to book it. I have started to plan my
project in 2018 already as I had to do a clear research on what kind of holiday younn people prefer
to travel to the most, what is their budnet that they are willinn to spend and what kind of excursions
are the bookinn the most, I have received all the answers to queston above from the survey that I
created from my task 2.

Budnet: The will be equitably bin because of the fact that I will be creatnn the poster myself so not
much money will be needed as I will not be spendinn any money on a nraphic desinner however a
sum of money will need to paid to the printnn company who will print a mass amount if the posters.
The posters once printed will then be displayed in ninht-clubs, airports and local travel anencies who
may ask for a certain amount of money for allowinn me to insert my promotonal material in their
stores. For such cheaper alternatves I will also be askinn a few collenes and universites to display
my posters I as they will most likely do it for free out of any charne.

Promotoial methodes uesed: For my promotonal methods I will make a poster as well as advertse
the 18-30s Club on social media. I will be creatnn a poster by myself to save money and not havinn
to pay for a nraphic desinner, so therefore I will be havinn more money lef to pay for my
advertsement on social media. I will be distributnn my poster in local schools, collenes and
universites to make sure that I will be appealinn the rinht tarnet market. I will start distributnn my
poster at the beninninn of January to allow my customers to purchase their tckets as my ofer will
start from April. Another promotonal method that I will be usinn will be small click bars that will
appear on social media platorms such as Facebook or Instanram on peoples feed. The cost for this
type of advertsement will cost me about: £200. My promoton budnet will ranne from £500-£1000.
