, Inleiding
In dit verslag zal ik gaan vertellen over het onderzoek dat ik heb gedaan naar het
personeelsmanagement bij de Action. Ik zal er voor zorgen dat aan het einde van dit
verslag alles duidelijk is en u een beeld heeft bij hoe het personeelsmanagement van
de Action er uit ziet. Ik ben met dit onderzoek begonnen in December 2023 en ik heb
hulp gehad van de bedrijfsleider en de assistent bedrijfsleiders. Ook heb ik hulp gehad
van andere medewerkers die mij hebben geholpen door onder andere de vragen die ik
hun heb gesteld te beantwoorden waardoor ik weer de data heb gekregen die ik nodig
heb voor mijn onderzoek.
