Voor u ligt mijn eindopdracht van het vak S16: empowerment en cliëntversterkend werken
voor de deeltijdopleiding Social Work aan de Saxion Hogeschool in Enschede. In de derde periode
van deze opleiding werd gevraagd een gesprek te voeren met een kwetsbare en daarnaast een inzicht te
geven over verschillende onderwerpen met betrekking tot empowerment. Waaronder de ethische
aspecten hiervan, een eigen visie en advies richting collega’s en een inzicht in de visie en missie van
de organisatie.
Het doel van deze opdracht is om een eigen visie van empowerment te ontwikkelen en om
empowerment te herkennen en toe te passen in de praktijk.
Graag wil ik mijn docente, (naam) bedanken voor haar lessen.
Ook wil ik mijn collega’s (naam organisatie) bedanken voor hun feedback en de cliënt die heeft willen
