 The employee with the grievance must bring it up with the supervisor who must resolve it
within 1 working day
 If not satisfed with the supervisors’ decision they can write a formal complaint
Step 2:

 Done by completing a formal grievance form and submitting it to the relevant
management
 A meeting will be arranged within 1 working day
 Meeting shall be attended by employee , a representative the supervisor or manager
 Minutes will be taken of the meeting and added to the grievance form
 If not happy can take it up with highest level of management
 Another meeting will be held
 Decision will be recorded on form
 If still not satisfed can take it up with the CCMA
