Talo-crurale instabiliteitstesten (schuiflade)
- Doel: instabilieitstesten van het enkelgewricht
- Twee uitvoeringen
o In ruglig, voet afhangend van de bank. Hand fixeert fibula en tibia. Andere hand omvat
de calcaneus en brengt de voet naar ventraal.
▪ Mild en eerste keuze in de eerste fase van herstel (+/- 5 dagen)
o In ruglig, voet op kussentje. Fixeer de voet en duw fibula en tibia naar dorsaal
▪ Intensief: schuiflade test mn voor return to play (+/- 6 weken)
