1.2 Bloedplasma

Hematocriet zegt iets over de hoeveelheid rode bloedcellen

- Bloed in proefbuis zonder anticoagulans
o Fibrinogeen fibrine
o Fibrinebloedklonter die bloedcellen bevat zakt naar beneden
o Bloedserum coagulatie/stolling veroorzaakt door bloedplaatjes
o In proefbuis zijn er geen afzonderlijke lagen te onderscheiden

- Voorlopers in beenmerg en lymfoied weefsel dan naar bloedbaan
o Alle bloedcellen ontstaan in beenmerg
- Aantal en vorm belangrijk voor ziekte identificatie
- Wordt bestudeerd via uitstrijkje of celcounter
o Uitstrijkje bestuderen van morfologie
Bekijken met microscoop
Uitsmeren van druppel bloed drogen fixeren kleuren (zuur-base)

- = rode bloedlichaampjes geen echte cellen
- Aantal per mm³: 6,2-4,2 x 10^6
- Aanvoer zuurstof naar weefsel & organen
- Afvoer CO2
- Biconcave schijven zonder kern en weinig organellen
