- Stamcellen= myoblasten  brengen tijdens embryonale ontwikkeling myosine & actine tot
expressie
- Myoblasten gaan versmelten  differentiëren tot eigenlijke skeletspiervezel
o Verschillende kernen die zich perifeer onder celmembraan bevinden
o Aantal myoblasten blijf aanwezig= satellietcellen
 Komen in actie als weefsel moet hersteld worden want kunnen
differentiëren
o Diameter: 10-100 µm
  groot want meeste cellen +- 10 µm
o Lengte: verschillende cm lang
- Dwarsgestreept
o  myosine & actine filamenten schikken zich op bepaalde manier
- Weefsel gehecht aan botten
