1RM 10RM protocol
1. Kies een oefening.
2. Doe een warming-up.
3. Oefen de juiste technische uitvoering van de oefening.
4. Bepaal een begingewicht, laat de deelnemer zoveel mogelijk herhalingen uitvoeren,
zo mogelijk met behoud van een goede techniek. Het begingewicht (in kg) noemen
we Y. (NB: Kies het begingewicht niet te hoog en in ieder geval zodanig dat de
deelnemer ten minste 10 herhalingen kan volbrengen. Doe van tevoren een
adequate warming-up.)
5. Zoek in de tabel het bijbehorende percentage op. Door overlap van het aantal
herhalingen zijn er meerdere mogelijkheden. Dit percentage noemen we Z.
6. Bereken het 1RM met de volgende formule:
1RM = 100/Z × Y
Y = begingewicht in kg Z = het gevonden percentage in de tabel.
