1. Echografie
Waarde in thorax = klein (lucht = vijand van echo)
Enkele indicaties:

Weinig gebruikt voor longen, wel voor weke delen!

delen), zeer variabel, maar te zien als een grillige structuur die denser
is dan longparenchym
Grootte en densiteit zou aan beide kanten gelijk moeten zijn
Vergroot? Klieren/vasculair/massa?
iii. Longparenchym
Assymetrie? Oorzaak zoeken
Lucentie
Vasculaire tekening
Afwijkende densiteiten
Corpora aliena
Fissuren? Zie je niet op RX, maar kan je wel vermoeden
iv. Costodiafragmatische sinus
! als er pleuravocht is zie je daar een witte sluier ipv scherpe zwarte
driehoek (best in laterale opname te zien)
