Mijn naam is Samantha Joostink ik ben Augustus 2021 begonnen met mijn
deeltijd Hbo-opleiding Social Work.
Voor u ligt mijn portfolio. Dit verslag is geschreven in het kader van mijn
eindopdracht voor de module ‘’Omgaan met beroepdilemma’s. Ik heb na het
inleveren van dit eindverslag mijn vierde kwartiel van het eerste leerjaar mogen
afronden.
Tijdens de lessen van de module omgaan met beroepdilemma’s hebben wij eerst
een duidelijk beeld gekregen wat de opdracht was rond deze module.
Je moest een beroepdilemma vanuit je eigen werkveld onderzoeken en deze
onderbouwen met handelingsmogelijkheden.
Ik vond de module ‘’ Omgaan met beroepdilemma’s leuk om te volgen, ik had al
vrij snel een dilemma in mijn hoofd waardoor de opdracht interessant en leuk
was om te doen.
Normaliter sta je niet snel stil of een casus een dilemma is of niet, maar door de
literatuur er aan toe te voegen kreeg je al snel een andere kijk op de situatie.
Ik heb niet alleen de literatuur toegevoegd maar ook ben ik gaan sparren met
collega’s over de situatie en hebben we er vele evaluaties aan bijgevoegd.
Het was een nieuw dilemma voor elke collega dat maakte voor mij persoonlijk de
opdracht alleen maar leuker.
