2. Marco Teórico
EMULSION: Se entiende por emulsión química o simplemente emulsión a la unión más o
menos homogénea de dos líquidos inmiscibles, o sea, que no se mezclan totalmente el uno
con el otro. Las emulsiones consisten en la dispersión de un líquido en otro, ambos en
diferentes fases líquidas.
