Formación de la cadena mediante enlaces fosfodiéster: los nt
se unen a través de enlaces fosfodiéster entre el grupo
fosfato de un nt y el grupo hidroxilo del C3' del siguiente nt.
Direccionalidad de la cadena: Extremo 5' (grupo fosfato libre) y
extremo 3' (grupo hidroxilo libre).
∆APAREAMIENTO DE LAS BASES NITROGENADAS
Enlace fosfodiéster para enlazar dentro de una misma cadena,
pero sabemos que el ADN forma una doble hélice.
