In this task i am going to review about my team’s overall
effectiveness, together within my contribution in achieving the
goals, receiving and providing feedback within the team. I will try to
include the most possible details in order to give you a good outlook
to my assignment. My team was mainly made of three members
who were Ugne, Phineas as team leader and me.
How was my team formed?
My teacher sorted out the groups and I was put into a group of
three people which were Ugne, Phineas and Me, we all agreed on
doing a certain task which consisted of preparing a powerpoint
presentation ‘’Demonstrate working as part of team towards
achieving specifc goals’’ however we knew that we were going to
have a lot to do because the presentation should be minimum 12
slides. My team is a temporary team, and also an informal team in a
way since me and my members are very close.
Meetiegs
During the three meetings that we have, my team worked
very effectively we were all able to communicate and share our
ideas, this gave us the opportunity to have many different ideas
and also different plans incase one fails, this also taught me new
things for example that it is important to listen to others you will
always learn something new; also since everyone had millions of
ideas this allowed us to come up with great ideas that applied to
our task; when the team members were sharing their ideas,
opinions I respected everything they said even if I did not think their
idea would be effective, we also asked each other questions for
example 'why do you think this idea will be suitable for our
presentation' the team leader and every individual was taking
notes of all of this so at the end we all shared our ideas together
and decided what to do in a way that everyone will feel fairly
treated and happy with our presentation. On our frst meeting that
was held in class on 09/05/2017 we have met each other, we found
out the topic and decided when our next meeting should be held
and what are we going to discuss. On 10/05/2017 in 3pm to 5pm
lesson we have efciently worked on our tasks and at the end of the
meeting we were happy that we fnished, we decided to have our
