,VoorwoordVoor u ligt onze onderbouwing over het tegengaan van voedselverspilling in de horeca.
Deze onderbouwing hebben we gemaakt om onze pitch over voedselverspilling bij Freaky
Funday te onderbouwen. De onderbouwing is geschreven in het kader van het vak Bedrijf en
Omgeving aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam, door Milou van Hengel, Megan Kuvel en
Davy Lastdrager.
De pitch hebben wij uitgevoerd bij het restaurant Freaky Funday, aan Rens den Hartog.
Rens is hoofdkeuken / keukenmanager. Freaky Funday is een restaurant gelegen in Hoorn.
Het probleem waarbij wij oplossingen hebben bedacht is voedselverspilling in de horeca.
Door middel van een probleemidentificatie, diagnose en het ontwerp zijn wij tot de
onderbouwing van de pitch gekomen.
Binnen ons team verliep de samenwerking bij het vak Bedrijf en Omgeving erg goed en zijn
we met z'n drieën , en natuurlijk met de hulp van meneer Breevoort, tot een mooi
eindresultaat gekomen. Wij bedanken Theodoor Breevoort voor al zijn hulp en
ondersteuning bij het maken van deze onderbouwing en pitch.
