De app buienradar wordt beheerd door RTL Nederland. Het is een weerwebsite en app en geeft
gebruikers realtime informatie over verschillende zaken in Nederland, het gaat hierbij onder
anderen over de neerslag, weersverwachtingen en pollen.
1.2. Probleemstelling
RTL Nederland wilt nu ook graag de gebruikers die dit willen meldingen sturen, wanneer bepaalde
pollen in de lucht zijn of wanneer het bij hun bijna gaat regenen. Deze meldingen moeten zo snel
mogelijk ontvangen worden door de gebruiker wanneer deze worden uitgestuurd.
