1. Practicumopdracht A Strategy
1.1. Context
Er is een bedrijf dat een eendenvijver simulatie game maakt, genaamd SimUDuck. In de game vind je
verschillende soorten eenden die kunnen zwemmen en kwaken. Het afgelopen jaar zit het bedrijf
steeds meer onder druk van haar concurrenten. Volgende week is er een vergadering met de
aandeelhouders in Maui. Het bedrijf wil daar graag wat indrukwekkends laten zien en wil daarom
gaan innoveren. Er is besloten dat vliegende eenden precies de innovatie is die SimUDuck nodig
heeft om boven de concurrentie uit te stijgen.
1.2. Probleemstelling
De nieuwe vlieg functie leek implementeerbaar te zijn in een week. Echter bleek dit niet zo te zijn
doordat niet alle soorten eenden kunnen vliegen, denk aan de RubberDuck. Verder wil het bedrijf elk
halfjaar de applicatie updaten, op nog onbepaalde manieren.
