Ik heb gekozen om mijn moduleverslag Werving en Selectie te richten op de zaken die ik geleerd op
heb op mijn stageplek. De theorie die ik tijdens deze module op doe wil ik graag toepassen op de
werkzaamheden die ik tijdens mijn stage heb verricht. Verder zijn er een aantal zaken waar ik nog niet
veel vanaf weet en die ik graag nog wil leren.

Ik gebruik deze module om mijn kennis mee aan te scherpen. Ik gebruik de theorie die ik uit het boek
haal voor het maken van deze moduleopdracht en ik voer de opdrachten uit om me voor te bereiden
op de zaken die zich straks tijdens mijn baan voor gaan doen.

Door deze plannen hoop ik een mooi verslag neer te zetten waar in ik goed weer geef wat ik geleerd
heb.



Samenvatting:

Deze moduleopdracht bestaat uit een vacaturetekst waarin ik mijn aantekeningen geef en vertel hoe ik
zaken anders zou doen en waarom.

Daarna is er een reflectieverslag te lezen waarin ik beschrijf wat ik van de module verwacht. Na dit
deel beschrijf ik wat ik allemaal leer tijdens de module en op welke manier ik dit toe pas en als laatst
geef ik aan hoe ik di t meeneem in mijn volgende modules en wat ik misschien anders ga doen.

Om af te sluiten beschrijf ik twee situaties van mijn werkplek waarin ik zaken uit de leerstof van deze
module heb moeten toepassen.
