o Klant: wilt iets kopen

o Doel: prijs bepalen
• De arbeidsmarkt is dus een functie van vraag en aanbod
o 2 partijen
▪ Vrager: prijs zo laag mogelijk
▪ Aanbod: prijs zo hoog mogelijk
o Moeten elkaar tegemoet komen = prijssetting/prijsbepaling
• Verschuivingen
o Vraag/aanbod verandert
▪ Wordt hoger/lager
o Heeft invloed op prijsbepaling

De ARBEIDSmarkt
• = geheel van
o Vraag naar arbeid: werkgever / werkgelegenheid -> lonen lager houden
o Aanbod van arbeid: werkzoeker / beroepsbevolking -> lonen zo hoog mogelijk willen
• Spel om juiste prijs te krijgen, loon te betalen en te ontvangen (= compromis is uiteindelijke
loon dat uitbetaald wordt)
