, Inleiding
In dit verslag neem ik jullie mee in mijn ontwikkeling van de afgelopen periode. Hierbij gebruik ik
voorbeelden uit mijn supervisiegroepje, waar ik in zit samen met één andere supervisant. Daarnaast
gebruik ik ook voorbeelden van stage. Ik loop stage op een behandelgroep voor mensen met een licht
verstandelijke beperking met daarnaast psychiatrische problematiek, hechtingsstoornissen, een
emotionele ontwikkelingsachterstand en agressieproblemen. Het is een 24 uurs-zorglocatie. Dit
betekent dat we de cliënten op wonen en werken begeleiden.
