7.2: anatomische structuur van een skeletspier:
Organisatie van klein naar groot:
- Spiercel = vezel. -> omgeven door endomysium.
- Fasciculus = bundel. -> omgeven door perimysium.
- Musculus = spier. -> omgeven door epimysium.
- Groep spieren. -> omgeven door een fascia = vlies.
- Endomysium bevat stamcellen, collageen en elastisch bindweefsel, capillairen,
axonen.
, - Tendo = pees = collageen BW van endo-, peri-, epimysium verbonden met periost van
bot.
o Pesen zijn een verbinding tussen bot en
spier.
- Aponeurose: een peesplaat tussen 2 spieren.
- Ligamenten: verbindingsband van gewrichten.
Bezenuwing:
- Alle skeletspieren zijn willekeurige spieren omdat ze onder controle staan van onze
wil, dus het somatisch zenuwstelsel.
- Sommige skeletspieren worden ook onbewust aangestuurd, dus buiten onze wil, door
het autonoom zenuwstelsel.
Voorbeeld:
het diafragma dat bij contractie ervoor zorgt dat we inademen, en dat bij ontspanning
ervoor zorgt dat we uitademen, wordt meestal door het autonoom ZS aangestuurd,
bv. in onze slaap, maar kunnen we ook bewust laten samentrekken of ontspannen,
bv. bij geforceerd in- of uitademen.
