Groep primaire en secundaire groepen
Groepsdruk
Drie groepsdynamische modellen
Lineaire model: een groep ontwikkelt altijd volgens een bepaalde lijn. Bijv. Bales, Shutz,
Tuckman.
Spiraalmodel: we zijn allemaal individuen met een eigen geschiedenis. Groepsontwikkeling is
te interpreteren aan de hand van vroegere ervaringen. Fases zijn opeenvolgend, echter er is
ook terugval mogelijk. Spiraalbeweging gaat de diepte in… zichtbaar is de
oppervlaktestructuur, verborgen is de dieptestructuur. Bijv. Bion
Polariteitenmodel: er is altijd een plus en een min in de groep. Groep ontwikkelt zich in/door
het spanningsveld aan plariteiten. Taak vs. Proces, individualiteit vs. Socialiteit, rationaliteit
vs. Emotionaliteit, etc.

- Wederkerigheidsfase (separatiecrisis), de groepsontwikkelingsfasen zijn vervuld
