 Dysartrie is een verzamelterm voor een groep spraakstoornissen t.g.v. een
verstoring in spiercontrole over de spraakmechanismen door schade aan
het centraal of perifeer zenuwstelsel.”
 “Het veroorzaakt problemen in de orale communicatie door paralyse, zwakte
of dyscoördinatie van de spraakmusculatuur.”
 “Het is te onderscheiden van spraakapraxie (problemen met het plannen en

 bezenuwing spraakspieren
o centraal zenuwstelsel (CZS)
o perifeer zenuwstelsel (PZS)
 beschadiging = musculair stoornis
o CZS: centrale dysartrie
o PZS: perifere dysartrie
 Perifere dysartrie tgv beschadiging van
o Kernen van de craniale zenuwen liggen in de hersenstam
 Gaan altijd naar het aanzicht of naar de hals
o Craniale zenuwen zelf
 Nervus trigeminus (n. V): kaakspieren en sensibiliteit mondholte
 Nervus facialis (n. VII): mimische spieren, speekselproductie,
mucus neus en mond
 Nervus glossopharyngeus (n. IX): velum en farynx
 Nervus vagus (n. X): SB en velum
 Nervus accessorius (n. XI): hoofdhouding
 Nervus hypoglossus (n. XII): tongspieren
Ex: noem 6 craniale zenuwen die betrokken zijn bij het spreken + taak
o Spinale zenuwen
 Ventrale tak = motorisch bezenuwing
 Dorsale tak = sensorische bezenuwing

o Verbinding tussen deze gebieden en de craniale en
spinale zenuwen
