4. Ontstaan van bevruchtingsmembraan (na binnendringen van zaadcel zal
er een corticale reactie zijn => VERHARDING PELLUCIDEVLIES)
5. Na het binnendringen van de zaadcel

Fase 2: Amfimixie (= versmelting)
Het versmelten van mannelijk materiaal en vrouwelijk materiaal in de eicel. Na
de versmelting wordt de oötide een zygote.
