, Voorwoord
Wat ga ik leren,
De retail is helemaal nieuw voor mij dus ik verwacht veel te gaan leren
over hoe het er in de retail aan toe gaat. Ik wil gaan leren over hoe de
interne goederenstroom in de Blokker verloopt van de vracht tot en met
het retourneren. Maar natuurlijk ook er met de klanten wordt omgegaan
en hoe het is om met collega’s te werken, want dat heb ik ook niet
eerder gedaan.
Mijn verwachtingen,
Ik verwacht te gaan leren hoe het is om in een winkel te werken en hoe
ik juist met klanten moet omgaan. Ook verwacht ik dat ik goed begeleid
wordt door mijn stagebegeleider.
