, INLEIDING
Ik ben ….. … jaar oud en woonachtig in ….. Onlangs behaalde ik mijn diploma Maatschappelijke Zorg niveau 4 aan het
ROC van Twente in Hengelo. Na een overweging om een tussenjaar te nemen, koos ik na de open dag van Saxion om
toch door te studeren. Momenteel volg ik de deeltijdopleiding Social Work aan het Saxion in Enschede.
Een deeltijdopleiding vereist ook praktijkervaring. Sinds juli 2023 werk ik bij de …. een woongroep voor mensen met
een licht verstandelijke beperking. De bewoners variëren in leeftijd van 20 tot 77 jaar. Als Persoonlijk Ondersteuner
(PO’er) is mijn doel om hen te begeleiden naar meer zelfstandigheid.
Het opstellen van dit verslag heeft me een dieper inzicht gegeven in de essentie van methodisch handelen en het
doel ervan binnen mijn werkcontext. Door de literatuur te verbinden met mijn praktijkervaring, ben ik mij bewust
geworden van de waarde van methodisch handelen en de rol die het speelt in het begeleidingsproces. Het heeft me
geholpen om te identificeren waar mijn sterke punten liggen en welke aspecten ik nog verder kan ontwikkelen. Deze
reflectie heeft me concrete aandachtspunten gegeven voor mijn toekomstige groei en professionele ontwikkeling.
