,Voorwoord
In het kader van de module 'Doelbewust Voorlichting Geven in de Gezondheidszorg' heb ik
verschillende taken uitgevoerd. Allereerst heb ik een bestaand preventieprogramma geëvalueerd en
geanalyseerd. Vervolgens heb ik een gedetailleerd draaiboek opgesteld voor een voorlichting en deze
daadwerkelijk gepresenteerd. Deze presentatie is vastgelegd op video voor verdere evaluatie en
analyse. Tevens wil ik graag mijn oprechte dank uitspreken aan mijn docent en aan het publiek voor
hun betrokkenheid en de mogelijkheid om de voorlichting te mogen geven.
