met 17 cliënten met ziektebeelden op lichamelijk en geriatrisch vlak. Elke cliënt
woont in zijn of haar eigen appartement, met een eigen keuken, badkamer,
slaapkamer en woonkamer.
Wij werken in 3 dagdelen, waardoor wij 24-uurs zorg leveren en er dus altijd iemand
aanwezig is. Het team waarin ik werk bestaat uit collega’s met een zorgopleiding en
collega’s zonder zorgopleiding die leuke activiteiten doen met de cliënten of
ondersteuning bieden in de huiskamer waar de cliënten hun maaltijden eten.
