acromioclaviculair gewricht, -ligament, proc. corracoid (craniaal) en humeruskop (caudaal).

Posterieure kapselstijfheid craniale verplaatsing humeruskop bij eledvatie
overbelasting/compressie subacromiale structuren
Posturaal verval overbelasting/compressie in subacromiale ruimte
Afwijking van het acromion inklemming rotator cuff
/p/ tests: /p/ ROM > /a/ ROM (meestal), endorotatie, abductie, horizontale adductie soms pijnlijk en
beperkt
/w/ tests: abductie
Pijn en geen krachtsverlies tendinitis?
Pijn en krachtsverlies partiële scheur?
Geen pijn en krachtsverlies volledige scheur of neurogeen probleem?
