(kortsluiting poortader > v. cava en v. azygos) > lev
krijgt minder portaal bloed, herstel van de druk maa
kan leiden tot hepato-encefalopathie
Bij portale hypertensie en hypoalbuminemie (te lag
oncotische druk) > ascites
