I would much rather work as a team. When you have a combination of ideas and strengths and talents you can produce something much greater than you can produce alone. Tell me about a time you quit something When I was a Junior in highschool I did not play basketball that year because the coach would not allow me to go on college visits for softball and I could not fully commit to this leadership style. When a situation is put in front of me I look at it from a numbers and logistic point of view to make a final decision. Tell me about a stressful situation at a previous job and how did you handle it? When i was working for the media department at my college we were in charge of posting social media updates mid game with pictures that I was taking. When I got to the field we realized with all of the fans there was no cell service and we had to come up with a new way to get the photos to the press box so I would run up after every quarter and manually transfer the pictures over so we could keep these posts up and running without delay. I learned to do this really well when I had to sit out my sophomore season after my labrum surgery. Do you out perform your co-workers?
