Doorheen de cursus worden nieuwe en/of moeilijke begrippen gebruikt. Met behulp van onderstaand kader kan je deze woorden bijhouden
en instuderen. Het gebruik van deze begrippenlijst is vrijblijvend, maar is een goede voorbereiding op het examen.
Geen exacte woordenlijsten op examen, dus vooral begrijpen, niet letterlijk van buiten leren.
Deze termen worden vaak gecombineerd:
Foto-autotroof organisme: in staat energie uit licht (fotosynthese) te benutten en CO2 te fixeren (bv. plant)
(Chemo)organoheterotroof organisme: bv. mens
(Chemo)lithoautotroof: ammonium oxideren om energie te genereren (ammonium is dus e- donor) & CO2 fixeren
C-cyclus koolstofcyclus
Betekenis 1. fixatie CO2 & omzetting tot organische C (via fotosynthese)
(door bepaalde MO en planten)
2. Organische C weer afgebroken tot CO2 (ook hier bacteriën belangrijk)
